Ability to move up in the company. The people/fellow employees.
The medical benefits have changed in the last couple of years. The dental and vision are good.
Structural changes have caused many to lose their positions.
I recommend weeding through the "dead weight" instead of letting excellent employees go due to some structural change.
Senior management should pay close attention to who is being released.
