Advice to Management

There is no advice that you can give management. This company is only numbers driven. You are a number and that is it. Horrible insurance options. As a company who prides itself in health, they do not care about employees' health and stress levels. There is so much work that there is not enough time to use the restroom. IT is bombarded with work and underpaid as compared to the market rate. When employees leave, they do not replace the position. The work is dispersed to other team members, resulting in hours in excess of 60 hours per week worked with ZERO employee appreciation.

The CEO of the company made it clear that when they received so much money in tax cuts, none of it would even go to employees because he called it “money lost.”
