Flexibility, career growth, benefits, learning more soft skills, and free training.

Cons

Micromanaging can be an issue. Taking away bonuses when numbers aren't met. Numbers not being met because of a very hard-to-attain CPH and constantly being put on other projects.

Advice to Management

Learn the systems that you expect processors to use and create realistic expectations based on your own experience.

Give us the option to work 4-10's. Leave those of us alone who are getting our work done.
