Pros

Working on the Aetna side is very good. They generally follow good SAFe practices within the confines of legacy systems.

Cons

As the CVS acquisition becomes more complete, CVS is pushing its management style, which is more project management rather than Agile or SAFe.

Advice to Management

Upper management needs to take SAFe courses to truly understand it.
