Poor guidance and long hours
There are a few helpful and talented people.
Long hours and being on call is stressful. No one wants to help or show you the ropes, which is rough in a large company. Everyone they hired for our team left over the course of 8 months, and burnout seems high. Benefits are very poor.
Work on your benefits and stop killing IT with many different projects at once.
