The phone screening lasted around 10 minutes, with very general questions and some job description. The recruiter wanted to learn about me and asked several questions about skills level and described the requirements.
The process took 2 weeks; there were a total of 4 rounds. An HR phone screening round was followed by 3 45-minute interviews that were held back-to-back on the same day. The decision was also given on the same day.
