I can't find any pros. Instead, you are required to be multitasking all the time.
Management has no or little respect for employees. Tons of work, sometimes 60-70 hours per week. Management expects you to work overtime as your normal life. No work/life balance. Too many processes. No career path. Double standards.
Respect your employees. Lead by example.
