It is a pharma-based company, and the best you can get is prescriptions filled when you are sick due to overwork in your own CVS.
I don't see even a single one till today.
Keep working; 24 hours are less even. I have been working 14-16 hours a day for the past 4 months.
For management, employees are SLAVES who should work until their blood is completely sucked.
Crazy policies.
A BIG NO to my friends to join this company, else be ready for burning your body out with diseases and then FILLING your PRESCRIPTIONS from CVS
..Benefit is for CVS only :)
I applied through the CVS career website and after 4 weeks, I got a phone interview with HR. After HR interviewed, they scheduled me for a phone interview with the hiring manager that led to an on-site interview with 3 people for 1 and a half hours.
The interview process is structured to evaluate both technical expertise and team alignment. It typically begins with an initial conversation with a recruiter, followed by one or more technical assessments or coding exercises.
I have applied for the position, and I got a phone screening call with the recruiter. I have set up the call, and it went well. I was asked questions related to my resume and some behavioral questions too.
