Diverse, health insurance, remote work available, and lots of digital learning courses.
It's hard to move up unless you know the right people. There are keywords that their system rejects your application automatically, and the pay is very poor. Franklin, TN is an expensive suburb of the already expensive Nashville. They want employees to go back to the office but give small raises while raising the deductible and cost of health insurance. They lie about bonuses. They praise you all year only to say you get a 3.5 versus a 4 to get the raise because "25% can only get raises, so we can't give you all bonuses." They don't really seem to actually care about the well-being of their employees because they'd pay them better, not throw in useless benefits they can't afford.
Be honest, be sincere, and be open. Advocate for your employees. Don't be afraid to use your voice. It seems to be a lot of 'who knows who' cliques rather than really caring about the work.
