Not even in my dreams did I think company culture would be this worst
I never saw anything until now. Not even one I can think of.
Work culture is really bad. Work and life balance is not good. People work even after going home. There are no company activities. I made a mistake taking up this position. Oh boy, I am waiting to switch.
I don't know where to start. Just follow good culture. Make your employer happy.
