Pros

Large multi-national company. Multiple locations to choose from. Room to grow. Easy to not do anything. Stock options. Room for improvement.

Cons

Contractors are treated poorly. Acquisitions are viewed as secondary citizens. There's lots of feet dragging. Most processes are top-heavy. The time to accomplish things is excessive.

Advice to Management

Take a hard look at who your best employees are across the company, invest in them, and give them the freedom to innovate. Study after study has proven that top-down control is an archaic form of management.
