Relaxed work environment
Good work environment. Everyone is very relaxed, and people are friendly.
Meetings are very brief, and there is no pressure. No competition.
Not much growth. There is no competitive environment. I was only an intern, and the work became so monotonous. One needs to enter at a high level in order to do something worthwhile and important.
