This company is very laid back. They do care about the employees. You get PTO, sick days, benefits, and all.
Salary is not that great. It is average for the country, but for the East Coast, it is very low, as the cost of living is high.
Health benefits are OK. You have to pay a lot out of your pocket before insurance kicks in. Considering they own Aetna, they should offer it at a very low rate, but that's not the case.
Change the health benefits to PPO or at least give employees a choice between the options. Employees with little ones have to pay through the nose to get any benefits out of HDD insurance plans. Also, please set salaries based on locations and not the country average.
