Pros

Pay, bonuses, benefits, negotiated time off.

Cons

Severed, and they tied all of our hands in the severance agreement. However, they failed to live up to any of the severance agreement to the point that they got sued by many. Their response was to not even show up, claiming that those suing did not follow the severance agreement and go through their arbitration process, which is an internal person saying "no" and refusing to put anything in writing.

Advice to Management

If you are going to not know how to run a health insurance company, maybe you should hire people that know how to run a health insurance company and allow them to run it like a health insurance company, not a retail store company.
