No pros except more cons.
It used to be a great company once upon a time. When they changed a couple of people in the IT management in Novologix Product development and brought Indian vendor TCS into the game, they changed the culture for the worse. Lot of good people left the company since 2019.
Lot of stress and long work hours, like 15 to 18 hours a day. And they don't pay you for the extra hours. No appreciation. Very toxic and political.
You don’t need a competitor to ruin your business. TCS and your toxic managers are enough to ruin Novologix.
