Feels unstable, pay could be better
Decent WLB, lots of different roles.
Pay is low. Constant layoffs make it feel very unstable. If it weren’t for this, I’d be very happy.
Please don’t keep laying off people. I don’t think you realize how much it affects our mental health, and you are losing your top performers.
