The team was well-organized and hard-working. The hours were within the 9-5 frame, and the work was rewarding.
The team was scattered between multiple offices. 60% required in-office attendance, but without the team in the office, it felt useless.
If you're going to have an in-person requirement, have the teams go to the same office so there is actual collaboration, and it's not gratuitous.
