Reliable job and average pay
This company is the definition of bureaucracy. Horrible hours and the need to work weekends to meet your task deadlines.
Understaffed and overloaded with coding issues. High turnover rate.
Meetings on top of meetings. Some days, 6 hours of meetings when you've got big deadlines!
Management doesn't care about employees. You can't even install software on your computer; you have to wait 2 weeks to get approved for VS Code IDE from 2017!
Remove some red tape and let us do our job.
