Pros: This company is genuinely phenomenal. The product is great, interesting to work on, and has a lot of potential. Everyone in the company is actually dedicated to its success, and is very pleasant to work with. The organizational culture is very open to review, and everything is happening with a lot of transparency. From a software engineer's point of view, there are a variety of highly complex technical challenges that make it interesting to work on.

Cons: The job may get demanding once in a while due to the nature of a startup. However, there's a good work-life balance for the most part.

Pros: One of the best groups of people you will meet, with a great culture and vibes! Great capability of execution and flexibility, which allows us to stay at the top. The space is huge—one of the best emerging markets currently.

Cons: Very demanding of time and effort. Quite a lot of competition for promotions.

Pros: Amazing people; there’s a lot to learn and many talented colleagues to learn from. Very open to feedback and change. A friendly, comfortable atmosphere with a down-to-earth culture.

Cons: As the company grows, it starts to feel like a larger organization, and you don’t always know everyone. Some processes can take time and move more slowly due to scale.
