After the HR phone call, I met with two programmers. We started by them explaining about the team, and afterwards, I talked about myself. Then they gave me an exercise. Afterwards, I got 10 minutes for asking questions.

Pros: I find it difficult to describe how Cyera ticks all the boxes that were important to me before joining the company (and still are): excellent people with no ego, an amazing product that I strongly believe in, and great TC. I have a great sense of meaning and hope that we will become big someday.
Cons: Cyera is still a rapidly growing company, so the pace can sometimes be intense. While there's no expectation for weekend or late-night work, the workload can feel demanding compared to larger, more established tech companies (e.g. GAMPA).
