I recently had an interview at Databricks Amsterdam for an SWE position. The process itself was super smooth.
Recruiters did a great job. I would like to thank Xavier; he took the effort in guiding me through the process, explained the steps, and also provided great and valuable feedback.
The interview itself was really nice. The interviewers were very friendly, providing help if needed and giving hints if they noticed I was blocked.
Interview questions were pretty much focused on basic concepts. Thus, if you are not a fresh college graduate, I would advise reviewing basic algorithms, time/space complexity, and data structures.
I was rejected in the second round, and I have to admit that this was unfortunately my mistake. But based on the proper feedback, I am sure that I will make it next time.
Also, during the interview, the team described and made a great overview of the processes, culture, and working at Databricks.
