I recently went through three technical interview rounds with Databricks for a Salesforce SSE role.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The technical panel did not demonstrate a clear understanding of the role or the evaluation criteria. This led to an interview process that felt inconsistent and unstructured.

It was unclear what they were looking for in a candidate, and the interviewers themselves seemed uncertain about the requirements.

Overall, the process felt like a poor use of time, and I hope Databricks takes steps to improve the clarity and quality of their technical assessments.

There were multiple common technical questions, mostly based on Salesforce. These were for a senior-level role.
