Overall, it was a very lengthy process that consisted of multiple interviews at different stages with potential coworkers and very few senior leadership interviews. There were multiple instances where interviews were rescheduled at the last minute, resulting in two weeks of delays and very little communication from the HR team.

After constantly asking for updates about the position with no response, I assumed I was no longer in consideration. However, the HR team did reach back out after two months of no communication to state that there was a pause in the interview process and that they were resuming the search.

I effectively removed myself from the process as there was very little communication throughout.

They focused heavily on ITSM flows.
