Pros: Really good coworkers who care a lot. Get paid great.
Cons: Moving fast is a harder place to get support and mentorship. It would be much harder to join here as a new grad.

Quite a high bar for employees
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Seattle, Washington, United States
February 10, 2023
Pros: Really high bar for hiring, so very smart people to work with.
Heavy "customer usage journey" driven product development.
Has the best practices from Google, Amazon, and Microsoft.
Remote work and hybrid are available.
Crystal clear objectives provided by management.
Cons: The convenience of large firms is amiss, since a lot needs to be set up for newer channels of work. Good benefits, but not great.
