Process

I applied online through the website and was reached by a recruiter.

I went through an initial screening with the recruiter, followed by a technical phone screen, and then onsite virtual interviews.

The interviews were rigorous and tested development knowledge. The interviewers were professional and guided me through the process.

The recruiter was really helpful, following up on updates quickly.

I received the results a few days after the last interview.

Unfortunately, I was rejected and received some additional feedback.

The feedback was informative, and even though detailed feedback was not given, I got directions on what to improve.

It was for a junior role, and the interviews focused on essential data structures and algorithms.
