Pros: - Having the founders still leading the company is fantastic.
- The strategy makes sense to me, and I know how I can contribute to it on a daily basis.
- The weekly all-hands are more entertaining than most (if not all) recent Netflix series.
- Things are moving quickly, keeping you on your toes and constantly learning.
- Colleagues are pretty smart and have an impressive range of experiences.
- There is genuine appreciation for and celebration of achievements.
Cons: - Workload is manageable overall, but it fluctuates with customer demand.
