2 parts of the coding interview in online IDE. The instruction is not very easy to understand. It took me about 5 minutes to read the descriptions. Interviewer asked very detailed questions on complexity.

Asked BFS related chess problem, but need an optimized solution. The optimized solution is very difficult to come up with.

Pros: The engineering team is a bunch of very smart people who have zero ego. I enjoy every collaboration I have with my colleagues and am constantly challenging myself and learning. It's a very supportive environment, even for women engineers like myself. It's exciting to work on projects that make it quickly into the product.
Cons: Things can get a little hectic because of the fast pace and constant need for more engineers.

Pros: Interesting challenges to work on, and very smart people.
Cons: Terrible middle management. Constantly brags about having a better culture than FAANG yet imports managers from those same companies by the truckload. You have to work very performatively for a manager to care about your growth.
