I applied through a resume drop at the university career fair.

The interview consists of three rounds:

1st Round: Karat Interview. Expect to solve one LeetCode easy and one to two LeetCode medium questions.

2nd Round (Bar Raiser): Databricks engineer interview. Expect one to two algorithm questions.

3rd Round: Engineering Manager behavioral interview + team preference.

Once I passed all three rounds, the recruiter will call with an offer. Overall, the hiring process is very transparent and straightforward. The staff are mostly friendly.
