A hiring manager reached out to me and scheduled an interview.

Another interviewer spoke to me on the day of the interview and seemed to be in a hurry and not interested in hearing about my experience. The conversation was over in 15 minutes, during which he made a decision that I don't have the experience required. He didn't ask any meaningful questions to gain insights into my experience in those few minutes. He said he would forward the resume to the team.

After a few days, I got an email stating they did not want to move forward. I didn't care, as I had lost interest in the company after experiencing the interview.

Databricks needs to train its hiring team to improve the hiring experience and ask relevant questions.
