Databricks does pay well, but they get a hell of a lot of work out of you.
There is a lot of politics in the leadership team, and decision-making does not have a long-term view.

They asked very basic questions like the pseudocode of binary search and string size finder. They were very helpful and let me know my weak points as well. They interview happened in 2 phases where they required knowledge of DBMS, Spark and OOPs.
