Great people, everyone is very friendly and wants to help you grow. The company and internal docs are very organized and easily searchable.
It has the fun start-up feel (transparency, autonomy, rapid innovation) with some good structure and maturity of a larger enterprise. I'm fairly new as I joined this year, but so far so good!
The training is deep and can feel endless when you onboard, but it's a necessary evil to get familiar with the product.
Keep the hiring bar high; everyone I've worked with is so knowledgeable and personable. This really demonstrates the commitment to hire the best.
