Management is very transparent. Intelligent coworkers. Very cooperative atmosphere. Work-life balance is respected. Company is doing well.
The bar is high. The company is growing fast. I'm fine with this, but you'll need to be comfortable with change. If you blindly take on any challenge and accept every meeting invite, your WLB will suffer.
