I recently went through three technical interview rounds with Databricks for a Salesforce SSE role. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The technical panel did not demonstrate a clear understanding of the role or the evaluation criteria

I had only two minor problems during the process: * Initial time delay for arranging the first tech section. * I had two interview sections that I consider to be initial tech screenings (one with a recruiter and one with the hiring manager). One

The interview process involved two phone screens, followed by an onsite interview and a presentation. Everyone was very nice, and the questions were difficult but not significantly different from those at other places I applied to.
