Databricks has been an amazing place to work! The company consistently hires very smart, very talented people to their technical team. There are many opportunities to develop new skills. The management is very respectful, competent, and caring.
The first 3-6 months at Databricks can feel quite overwhelming. That said, they are constantly working on improving the onboarding process.
