Technical interview, two rounds with a live person on a coding pad, with detailed follow-ups. The interviewer was nice and went through the solution very carefully. I was rejected a few days after the interview.

HR call, ended within 10 minutes. The HR didn't show any interest in learning about me. The interview started with "Why are you interested in Databricks?", then proceeded through my resume, and ended with some visa sponsorship questions.
