Process
The interview process consisted of several rounds:
- First round with recruiter: A few behavioral questions and resume review.
- Second round with two engineers: 15 minutes on resume and past projects, followed by 45 minutes for two coding challenges.
- Third round: A take-home assignment.
I did not perform well in the second round, but they still offered me the third round because my current role is very similar to the position they are recruiting for.
My submission for the take-home assignment did not meet their expectations. However, they responded with detailed feedback.
Overall, it was a great interview experience, even though I did not make it in the end :)
