Process
The interview process was very drawn out; it took about 6 weeks and had 4 stages with 5 total interviews. There was never an exact role defined in which I was interviewing for. I was told the interview process is generic and a role fit is determined at the end of the process. At the end of the process, I was told the offer wouldn't be extended because my previous experience was not a good fit. It seems like this could have been sussed out 6 weeks earlier.
