Process

The interview process was fairly standard. Throughout the entire process, I received direct and constructive feedback on what went well and what I could improve. One HR person consistently followed up to ensure I was comfortable and prepared for the next step. At each stage, I also received clear instructions on what was being evaluated and tips on how to prepare.

Overall, it was a great experience! I felt supported, and even if I hadn't passed the interviews, I feel it would have been a valuable learning experience.

The process was a little long, but that was expected given the country relocation involved. I had ample time to ask the interviewers questions at the end of each interview.
