I am a passive candidate, so a company recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. The recruiter wanted my phone number first before we agreed on a time, and even though I had already given my available times, they finally scheduled one after I pressed. However, the recruiter never called.

I also never received a follow-up email with an explanation. The experience was incredibly unprofessional and a waste of my time, and Datadog is now out of my consideration.
