Process
I applied online and was quickly contacted by Barbara. She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly.
The interview consisted of a take-home coding assignment and a series of "onsite" interviews, including coding, systems design, and managerial.
Once that was complete, there were team-fit interviews with multiple teams.
Everyone I interacted with at Datadog was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, especially Barbara, who is probably the best recruiter I've ever worked with!
