Process
Overall, the interview experience was great both times I've interviewed.
Recruiters were very helpful, and interactions with the interviewers were positive. The structure was fairly standard:
- Recruiter screen
- Technical screen
- Virtual on-site
After passing the on-site, there was a team matching phase.
Questions
All coding questions were LC medium-ish. The design question was open-ended and interesting (i.e., not typical WhatsApp/Instagram/Twitter etc.).
