The process is quite long and thorough, and I was well taken care of all along the way.
Here's a breakdown:
- Zoom meeting with RH
- Zoom technical live coding test with a Software Engineer
- Technical take-home project
- A round of three interviews:
- Another technical live coding with two Software Engineers
- A software design interview with an engineer
- A final interview with a Hiring Manager, discussing a meaningful task or project you completed in the past.
- A final round of interviews with teams interested in working with you, helping you find the best fit.
Then, you discuss the offer and other details. It's done :)

Pros: Solid developer experience and onboarding experience. Great ability to focus on heads-down work with minimal meetings for lower-level ICs. Good perks (lunch, snacks/coffee, etc.). Pay is competitive, and I feel well-compensated for my skills and work.
Cons: 3 days mandatory in office. If you need more flexibility or the ability to go remote, this is not common, but possible in theory.
