The first step was a 30-minute algorithmic test with 2 questions, which was fairly simple.
The second step involved a homework assignment requiring approximately 10 hours of development in the language of your choice.
The third step was a technical discussion with a Director of Engineering.
Expect 2-3 weeks between each step to receive a response. The whole process takes a long time and lacks structure.
