The process is conducted for a set of positions, and seniority is determined during it. At the end of the process, they offer teams that might fit your profile and allow you to choose one.

The process follows a coding + system design + values format. All interviews are online, in English, with very friendly and formal interviewers.

• Coding:
  • One basic question, LeetCode medium/easy.
  • Two exercises, more real-world. Although preparing with LeetCode helps, they are not related to the exercise format.
• Values: Talk about a project and the typical "tell me one time you..." questions.
• System Design: Typical format seen on YouTube. The requested system was not very complex, but you need to be prepared to handle the interview format and respond quickly to queries that may arise.

The difficulty of the process lies in its length; you need to be able to think quickly under pressure.
