AMAZING process and amazing people!!

The process is composed of two interview rounds. The first round includes two interviews: one with the recruiter and one technical interview with a software engineer.

The recruiter is your best friend. They will give you super helpful advice and plenty of tips to ensure you are prepared for the interviews. 100 kudos to the recruiting team at Datadog! Brilliant!

Then there are (depending on the role) one or two coding interviews, system design, systems (optional), and manager + team fit (optional).

One thing I can say is "practice makes perfect," and it's 100% true for this kind of interview. So, my advice is to check LeetCode and all the resources the recruiter will send you. There's an amazing amount of material online, so I recommend you look that up.

Also, don't stress! People are very nice, and the interviews should feel like you are speaking with a coworker.

The interview process might take around one month (depending on your availability and on how much time you want to prepare before going into the technical interviews after the first meeting with the recruiter).
