Process
Interviewers were very nice, and standard LeetCode mediums were asked only. They also expected me to talk about a previous project of mine in depth, as well as explain challenges that went along with it.

Pros: The snacks are nice and the people are hardworking.
Cons: The work-life balance people talk about at Datadog is not accurate. My team was extremely high-performing and high-functioning, so it didn't feel like you got a second to breathe.
