Pros: Lots of support from mentors/managers, genuinely felt heard even as an intern, want you to learn and grow, incredible workplace culture!

Pros: The snacks are nice and the people are hardworking.
Cons: The work life balance people talk about at Datadog is not accurate. My team was extremely high performing and high functioning that it doesnt feel like you get a second to breathe.

Pros: Solid benefits and compensation. My co-workers were all nice and smart.
Cons: The summer I worked was totally remote do to COVID. Not their fault. I just don't really like full remote.
