Really seamless interview process. Recruiter screen, then technical round. The recruiter really is there to help you and answer any questions. The technical round is fairly simple and straightforward. Go through the project, then traditional leetcode.

Cons: The work-life balance people talk about at Datadog is not accurate. My team was extremely high-performing and high-functioning, so it didn't feel like you got a second to breathe.
