Pros: Lots of support from mentors and managers. I genuinely felt heard, even as an intern. They want you to learn and grow. Incredible workplace culture!
Cons: I personally had a great time, so no cons.

Pros: The snacks are nice and the people are hardworking.
Cons: The work-life balance people talk about at Datadog is not accurate. My team was extremely high-performing and high-functioning, so it didn't feel like you got a second to breathe.

Cons: The summer I worked was totally remote due to COVID. Not their fault. I just don't really like full remote.
