Great benefits, including catered lunches, snacks, health insurance, etc.
Good work-life balance (at least on my team/in my org).
Performance measured by impact, not time in office.
Cons: In-office focus. If you are not already remote, expect a high hurdle to clear to get permission to switch to remote or reduce the number of days required in office.

Pros: Corporate culture, benefits, growth opportunities, transparency, excellent corporate citizenship/values, and actively supporting communities around office locations.
Cons: The closest thing to a downside is the constant challenge. Employees are often thrown into the deep end of the pool. This is mitigated by the supportive culture and strong emphasis on work-life balance. Be prepared for a tired brain at the end of the workday.
